Refund policy

Returns

  • No returns are accepted once an order is placed.

Refunds

  • Since returns are not accepted, refunds are only applicable in cases where an order is cancelled by us or payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Exchange Policy

We offer limited exchanges under the conditions mentioned below:

Size Exchange (Footwear)

  • Size exchange is permitted only if a clear unboxing video is provided.

Manufacturing Defects

  • A clear delivery/unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, an exchange for the same product will be provided, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges Not Accepted For

  • Used or worn products

  • Products without a delivery/unboxing video

Important Notes

  • Exchange requests without proper video proof will be rejected.

  • No refunds will be issued for exchange requests.
