Size exchange for footwear is available only with an unboxing video. Exchanges are not accepted for used/worn products or without a delivery/unboxing video.

- Out for Delivery: Courier is delivering your package
- Delivered: Successfully delivered to your address
- Returned: Package couldn't be delivered and is returning
